From relaxed farm-to-picnic afternoons to intimate evenings inside the historic Rockledge House, each gathering brings the bounty of Smokebrush Farm to the table, featuring menus crafted by in-house and guest chefs, with live performances from local musicians.
Inspired by peak-season harvests from Smokebrush Farm, ingredients are grown, foraged, and gathered on-site, with additional sourcing from nearby producers who share our commitment to organic growing standards and small-scale, regenerative practices.

The Summer Harvest Series honors National Hispanic Heritage Month with a dinner celebrating the food, ingredients and culinary techniques.

FIRST COURSE
• Traditional Sopa Azteca
Richly seasoned tomato and chili broth with crisp corn tortilla strips, avocado, and a crispy vegetable fritter
SECOND COURSE
• Red & Green Cabbage Slaw
Red and green cabbage, apple, and hibiscus flower vinaigrette

Slow-braised beef with chipotle peppers, finished with New Mexico red chili sauce
