Immerse yourself in a cultural fitness adventure with a series of invigorating classes led by the globally acclaimed dance artist AuroTejas Hemsell — presented by the Smokebrush Foundation for the Arts.
AuroTejas Hemsell is an international dance artist, born in India who has dedicated her life to the study of Indian Classical Dance.

This Fusion Bellydance class includes foundational bellydance techniques and drills pulling from American Tribal Style, Raqs Sharqi and Turkish Bellydance styles, as well as Romani-Gypsy Flamenco stylings. During this class the dancer will learn how to smoothly and effortlessly combine different technical moves into an ageless world dance fusion, teaching physical and mental awareness while enhancing personal stamina. Come dance and learn how to release your inner Goddess.

Janardana Das is an internationally touring kirtan artist and storyteller, sharing the timeless practice of Bhakti through devotional music, Sanskrit mantra, and stories of Krsna. Drawing from years of performing around the world, his offerings create an intimate and uplifting space where ancient wisdom, soulful chanting, and heartfelt storytelling come alive.
Kat Tudor is the artistic creative director of Smokebrush Foundation and creator of SunWater Spa. Kat has been teaching yoga, dance, art & Thai yoga massage for many years.Â

In continuation of our successful Women's Sacred Circle Practices Retreat, we invite you to join us in our Wheel of the Year series! Journey with us through 8 seasonal festivals throughout the year that will reconnect us to nature's rhythms through rituals, crafts, and celebratory food.
The Wheel of the Year is an annual cycle of 8 seasonal festivals that celebrate nature’s changing of the seasons and our significant solar happenings, the equinoxes and solstices, as well as the midpoints between them. Each festival marks a new spoke on the wheel and a new reason to celebrate through sacred circle rituals.
Join us on November 1st as we celebrate the first spoke on the wheel, Samhain (pronounced sow-wen). This festival marks the final harvest of the year and the beginning of “the dark half of the year”. We will honor our ancestors, family members that are no longer with us, and all that have come before us.
