Sacred Tea Ceremony

Sunday Steepings into Stillness
with Gigi Chiarello, Cha Dao Practitioner
www.illuminatingsource.org

You are invited to:
Pause. Breathe. Return to Center.

SUNDAYS

• 9:00 am – 10:15 am

Immerse yourself in a deeply meditative, heart-opening experience that creates spaciousness, an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with your true Self.

Rooted in the ancient tradition of Cha Dao, “The Way of Tea,” this ceremony honors Tea as a sacred guide. Each bowl invites a deepening of your inner journey, cultivating presence, curiosity, and awakened listening that reveals your inner wisdom.
Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional healing, or simply a moment of peace amidst the fullness of life, the Tea Ceremony offers a profound and transformative experience.
Gather together in community, and awaken into the present moment, individually, yet together, amidst this sacred space.
You will be guided inwards with a grounding meditation; and as the tea begins to flow, you are invited to open to being with all that is arising from the depths of your heart. After several bowls in silence, an opportunity is created for sharing, for those wishing to be witnessed in their experience. The ceremony concludes with a guided reflection supporting you in integrating the inner wisdom that arose, as you journey forth into your coming moments.
