Smokebrush Head Chef Aimee Morrow—now in her fifth season—brings her signature creativity and deep connection to the land to every gathering, welcoming a new guest chef each night to craft a one-time-only menu inspired by the vibrant colors, bold flavors, and sun-drenched abundance of Smokebrush Farm.

Guests choose between two thoughtfully curated menus: one traditional, one plant-forward and gluten-free—each dish a tribute to ingredients harvested just steps away, at the peak of ripeness and flavor.

A culinary celebration of flavor, live music, and community—brought to life with live performances and the vibrant spirit of Manitou Springs.
