Join yoga instructor and storyteller Julia Archer for this fun and dynamic 2 hour workshop/yoga session! We will explore and incorporate traditional wisdom stories of the Hindu god Ganesha into our yoga practice. Ganesha is the elephant- headed god of success and destroyer of obstacles.
Experience the power of Ganesha in your own practice!
We will begin with a mythic story or two, move into an empowering and creative Elephant yoga flow, and end with a fabulous savasana.
