Kundalini Yoga

Wednesday’s 6:00-7:30pm

90 minutes

Typically, a class consists of tuning in, pranayama (breathing exercise), warm-ups, kriya (a sequence of postures and yoga techniques used to produce a particular impact on the psyche, body, or self), shavasana with gong and meditation.
